Refund Policy

Winuss is operated by Aditya Deshmukh. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date, for any reason. After 30 days, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew if you cancel.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or contact us through your Winuss workspace and we will help you raise the refund with Paddle.

How long refunds take

Once approved by Paddle, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside Winuss. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period.
